Multiple Things:
-Custom has been heavily nerfed to be more inline, but still more powerful than regular classes
-A hard skill level cap has been introduced to stop excessive skill boosting
-Burn had its quintessence stat reliance removed
-Custom Points readjusted and you'll get slightly less to play with now than earlier before
-Custom lost the ability to learn the Suffuse song
