Plain undead NPCs (read unsubbed undead) were spawning with 0 HP and 0 SP. Sometimes even with negative values... Since this affects hundreds of NPCs all around Tsunami (especially in older areas), please keep an eye on any unusual behavior of these pesky walking dead and bug it with attention to my name. Thanks
