Title : Changelings and heads

Changelings have a piety timer that restricts how long they can go without
offering. They generally have to make trips back to offer so they are no
punished by Mother. Heads however, also had a natural decay cycle. Given
that this really only served to artificially shorten their piety timer,
the time before heads decay has been increased. This includes hydra heads,
in case for some reason somebody cares about carrying around a bunch of 1
point heals.
