Title : a few vamp changes again

* Swipe has (again) diminishing return on area attacks. Not sure who
removed it. Could have been me.

* MB scales better than swipe at hero now. Effect isn't really that
big but just there to give one additional little hint that there is
more ways to attack than swipe.

* Kronos vamps bonus to mighty blow has again been slightly increased.
