Title : minor bless stacking changes
A bug allowed for everen's grace to be stacked with suffuse
if suffuse was cast before. This has been fixed.
The party bless scroll bought from the vendatron (wartokens)
can now be stacked with other blessings properly.
Also updated the wartokens helpfile to include dirs to the
vendatron.
