I've adjusted the rules dictating when standard npc dragons are ridable to
allow stock standard dragons (particularly those in the dragon guild maze)
to be rideable. The method of doing so was a little complicated, however,
and it's possible there are some compatibility issues with dragons on the
mud--let me know if you see any.
