Title : 'take' command

The 'take' verb is no longer a command, now it is a true alias
for 'get'. So anywhere that 'get' works and 'take' didn't - it
should work fine now (e.g. quests). Alas, anyone who uses the
'take off boots' syntax will have to start using 'remove boots'.
