Title : newbie room and equip

A series of bugs have been submitted re equip in the newbie room
I am trying to determine what is going on but have not been able
to recreate the problem.
I have create a log that will be propogated if there is a time
when a cloak/tunic is not cloned.

You should know the followin restrict getting either a cloak or
a tunic:
Only Warriors, Rogues, Mages, Natives, Priest, and New Players
may get newbie armor. Exception, Medusa, Skeleton, Vampire
and werewolf can as well.
You must be under level 6 and you must have 5 free for carry as
a tunic weighs 5 and a cloak weighs 3
I am monitoring the situation.

This should be resolved, but I am still monitoring.
