Made a couple minor changes to pull.
For starters, it takes only 1 round to tie a thread to an opponent or
yourself now.
Also, you will find that threads no longer break if you try to pull
someone from a 'no summon' room in war.
On the negative side, pull is now resisted by combat instead of str and
will thus fail significantly more frequently especially at hero levels.
