For EXP/Hour and EXP/Minute bio now gives an estimate if you
haven't actually been on for a full hour or minute.
Example: You have been logged in for 30 minutes and gained a
total of 500000 exp. Your EXP/Hour would be 1000000.

Also when you spend experience it no longer subtracts from your
experience gained this login so exp/min & exp/hour will no
longer give negative numbers. They only reflect positive
value of experiencd gained and ignore all negative values.
