Title : Dragon & Monster race/class selection

Has been modified slightly. You now must manually choose
dragon/monster from the start room when you first create your
character. This makes all our class code nicely uniform, and
eliminates a multitude of kludges, bugs, and stupid "What?"
errors at login.
