Some changes to the Warlord class.

Enlist should now work with all the stuff mentioned in the help file.
i.e If you are a skaven and want to enlist a rat it should work.

The formula used to calculate the level difference between recruits &
recruiter has been changed so that low levels 2+ can now enlist. The max
level of recruits is still the same as before at 19 and above though.
