Scrolls of mental acuity from the war token shop can now only be used
by the purchaser account. Meaning that if you buy one it may be used on
any character associated with your account. This will only affect new
scrolls, so, the ones you have already bought will still work for anyone.

On a side note, the idea with the shop is to encourage people to war
(and twar) more often. So if you want to use those items get your lazy
ass into some wars and earn some tokens!
