Title : Pneumatos Ring

Fixed an issue with pneumatos ring not "working" correctly and not giving
the pneumatos buff when focused. I also fixed an oversight where you could
focus the ring without wearing it. Now you'll need to wear the ring to
interact with it, and removing the ring also removes the pneumatos shadow.
If it looks wonky pls let me know.
