A new command, 'commands' has been added. It replaces the existing
"help commands" spam-list.
Help commands, or use 'commands' / 'commands <category>'.
The old 'help commands' list is still available, using 'help commands!'.
As usual, blame Darkpoole (or let me know), if there are any issues.
