Those of you who've been around a while know this has been
increased, nerfed, increased, nerfed, and all because the
way it was coded was that every X rounds you would do 1 pt
dmg less per npc. So if you start at 26 dmg per round (example)
and then sit around for ages, you might end up doing 350 dmg
to every npc in that room, just because you started at 26
damage! Now it works the same as cloudkill. Leave the room
and it does less. It's a cloud of poison after all, not
a cloud of radiation...
