Medusa can hit more often.
Spider toxin deals more damage.
Warlords can enlist higher lvl army.
Dracoliches' gravemist is now based on different stats than before and as
results they will deal more damage.
Cost of Chian-lung's spew was reduced.
Ooze osmosis siphons more than before.
Chaosmage zap now should be... uhm, more chaotic in terms of damage.

Wolor ring and sea hag whip bonuses were increased.
