Title : twarstats rankings v2.0

OK 'twarstats' now prints rankings the way I want them. They
are represented for the CALENDAR week, month, year. Not the
previous 7 days sliding window like I had previously.

You can thank Aristotle for helping me with the SQL to pull this
off (and Punk to a lesser degree! /jab).

What this means is that (though I cannot test until this weekend)
at 23:59 (24 hour system) Saturday nights will be the last time a
week's worth of data will be visible. It will then disappear
1 minute later. If you were to type 'twarstats' each of those
minutes you would see a full list of peole playing TWars that
week followed by (1 minute later) a completely blank slate for
the new week.

Obviously I haven't tested this yet, we'll see this weekend if
it works but I have faith is Aristotle . . . don't YOU!?

Monthly and yearly works in the same way. This MONTH ends
tomorrow night so I'm hoping we'll see the month data reset
Friday morning. Remember ALL times are server time!

What am I doing with this?

Well, you know the War Tokens I put in yesterday? Top rankings
for these lists will be awarded War Tokens based on their
placement on the list. I believe at this time I will be awarding
the top 10 from each of the 3 lists. Obviously more tokens
will be awarded to year than month than week. At this time I
don't want to disclose the precise values but it will be
CONSIDERABLY higher than +1, more on the order of +1000 for
1st place weekly ranking (and then a sliding scale down to
10th place).

Sorry I still aven't produced a list of things you will be
able to do with these tokens or their prices, but in the meantime
we can start gathering the tokens, making the statistics, and
then we'll see what items appear.

I expect to put in things to purchase within a week or two.
