The wu-jen combat penalty is now based on how much extra magic the
player is getting from spells and items, rather than on their total
magic. A typical wu-jen with no buffs or +magic/+int items will
have no combat penalty, but a wu-jen with massively boosted magic will
receive a substantial combat penalty, potentially larger than before.
