I've changed the modifers for Twars and they now work as the following:
You get a 20% modifier for every player that joins the war, so 2 people is
40% 4 is 80% etc.
While searching the code I actually found something neat, if more than 4
people join a twar the whole mud gets special buff, so think about that
for awhile.
