I have lowered Weakness: Aquaphobia terrain modifier from -30 (ship,
bridge) and -50 (water, underwater) to -20 and -5 respectively.
Because it actually broke terrain modifier code. Terrain modifiers
isn't really meant to go beyond +-30.
