Title : Herbalist changes
The crafting time for darts has been lowered to match other similar
projectiles, and applying poison to darts no longer has the 20 dart per
poison cap. It is now capped by how much SP you have. This should
hopefully alleviate some of the arbitrary wasted time for playing this
subclass and allow you to get into the action a lot faster, making them
much less annoying to party with.
