I'm trying to put this skill on a more sustainable footing. As
it was you would have noticed some very odd scalability of the
skill. So let me know if you notice any massive variation in
how it's working.
The more astute among you would have noticed that the skill is
actually based on str and dex, not str and con, so I've fixed
the helpfile.
