Orcs now have +10 to gnaw and pillage
Half-elves now have +5 to enlist from their human heritage
Players with setenv no_resurrect set can now use "permit <player>
resurrect" to only allow a certain player to res them. This bypass
no_resurrect ONLY for that player.
