PK should now always result in the dropping of a corpse (for classes which
depend on said corpses), but they (shouldn't) have anything on them unless
1.) the player has been stealing or 2.) the player is in the first or
second pk tier.
I'll also be rolling back the buff to skinning eq from player corpses next
boot.
