I've fixed an issue with the update to living objects which made vortex
impossible to locate during field wars, and would've made it impossible to
gate to or summon npcs (aside from using the 'set' functionality of
summon). It may have had some other unanticipated side-effects--if you've
had trouble using any out-of-room skills/commands targetted at NPCs, give
them a fresh try as they should be working now.
