Title : 'pulse' now automated

I've enabled a new feature whereby some information is sent to your client
once a minute (if you are idle) to keep your connection alive. This has
been handled up to now by the 'pulse' command. The automatic pulse will be
disabled if you turn a traditional pulse command on. A side effect of this
is that some clients will scroll a small amount per pulse.

I'm accepting feedback on this functionality and if there's demand for it
I'll provide a method for opting out.
