Title : worn/wielded color options
In response to a player idea report I've also added (tentative) support for
the color settings 'wielded', 'offhand', and 'worn'. 'wielded' should
apply to any wielded weapon, while 'offhand' will only apply to the
off-hand weapon. 'worn' will apply to any worn armour.
