I have done some significant shuffling of npc stacking code. The end
result should be that you won't notice a huge amount of difference.
However, in some extreme cases (and some less than extreme ones) it
should not lag the mud so seriously.
If you notice any workarounds or undesirable behaviour just bug it
and i'll get on it in a jiffy
