So for a while people have been asking to see when temporary
skill boosts fade. So I've added that capability. However,
you should know that it's not just guild boosts that give
temporary skills, other things like feint do too.
So I've added a setenv variable called nospam. At this stage,
what it does is suppress messages related to skill boosts.
However, its use could be widened in the future. This variable
is account wide, so you will only need to set it once.
