There are certain items that are meant to give you the ability
to use skills normally attributed to another class. The charm
from Philistratus is not one of those.
The charm, not so long ago, added the fumble skill, and then was
changed to add luck. However, unintentionally this allowed
anyone to use the luck spell, not just boost gremlins.
