Quick change to this cool feature (thanks Remus!):
1: The reminder now fires every 5 minutes so you should have
a better chance of seeing it now instead of the 1-hour period
it was on before. Once you vote (or turn off the setenv)
it stops until you are allowed to vote again.

2: You can choose your colorization reminder now by:
'color votereminder <COLOR>' like 'color votereminder BOLD+RED'

EDIT!!! the color vote above is 'vote_rminder', not
