All NPC thieves (that are coded correctly) are now, ummm, more
powerful. They now have dodge, they didn't before.
But mor eimportantly they now use disarm, preparation, and dodge.
They're pretty nasty so be careful and enjoy.
Might be a good charmie now? Dunno, you guys will find out
I'm sure.
Please bug me if it's not working or the 'artificial intelligence'
(if you will) logic I put in is abusable and makes the thief
not do anything.
