Ok, these 2 changes are really minor, but I wanted to have no. 400 post so
here we go. :)
There was a problem with spacing of descs, exits and objects in rooms.
Sauron fixed this and should apply correctly next time the room loads.
There was a bug in town command logic where it didnt allow exactly level
10 players use it. Now it does!
