Blood Lords paladins have lost their automatic 3rd attack. They received a
10% weapondam bonus to make up for that. All paladins may now increase
their maximum attacks limit by increasing their standing. At 15000 total
standing, any paladin receives a 3rd attack (regardless of faction). At
25000 total standing, any paladin receives a 4th attack. Enjoy.
