Title : Enchant/Perm
Both spells now support the arguement "all", which will
attempt to enchant or perm everything you have worn
or wielded. They consume all the required pouch components,
and additionally require orbs in your inventory.
Enchant all will burn 25% of an orb, and perm all will
burn an ENTIRE orb, however, you do get a bonus with the burned orb,
so its more likely to succeed.
Enchant all will work in wars without an orb, and burns 100 sps.
