If a vampire uses active mez to cause one npc to kill another
npc, the damage done by the mezzed npc counts towards the
vampire in terms of kill credit.
Note this is pretty limited and if the npc "ceases its mindless
hostility" any further damage done (incidentally) by the npc
doesn't count for the vampire.
