warnami now gives out more exp for 4+ player wars. 2 and 3
players wars now give out almost no exp. warnami also does not
give exp to players below level 4 (has been this way for quite
a while but there seems to be confusion on the issue).
As an example, a level 4 player scoring 100 points gets 21,600
a level 19 player scoring 100 points gets 508,600.
These examples based on a 4 player war.
