The knights occasional caltrop immunity should be fixed.
Also, because dks may have noticed they ride sux, their combat
bonus was basically non-existant. It now exists for dks and slightly
better for knights - but only while riding personal steeds or players.
Riding mud steeds is hard enough as it is, the combat bonus you get
while doing this is FAR less

oh, and some ride messages added so you know how good a combat bonus you
are getting is, and how long you can expect to stay on
