this effects all skills/spells that steal. You receive an aggro
timer increase (quit timer) for steals. The amount of bonus
time is some portion of how much you stole. I have reduced the
aggro timer increase in half, so for the same amount stolen
you will get half as much aggro timer as you did previously.
