This spell conjures up an electric whip which does reasonable to 
excellent shock damage.  It is an alternative of normal weapons 
for those who draw their power from the elemental plane of air.
The electric whip cannot be dropped nor can it be transferred,
as only the caster's elemental power can maintain and control
their own energy of air.
 
The whip will degrade over time until it eventually goes out.
Only one shockwhip can cast at any one time.
