A combo is formed from a variety of different attacks.

In addition, certain combinations of attacks will produce a special
combination attack that can be very powerful, but must be completed
in the precise order and without any gap rounds in the attacks.

An example of a combination attack is using the 'jab' attack four
times in a row will produce a 'super jab' significantly more powerful
than a single jab.

Other combinations are available and will have to be figured out
by the player.
