At Oath of the Dark Knight 2 the prayer will cause the suffering to linger for a few rounds and "Dark Strikes" against such a foe will cause them to take additional psychic damage. At Oath of the Dark Knight 2 the Dark Knight revels in the suffering of his foe and recovers a portion of his health.
