The dark overlords who grant power to the diabolist must be appeased. However, the restless always seem to resist having their soul destroyed. To this end, diabolists are granted the power to ensnare beings with mystical chains of binding. These chains are somewhat fragile, however, those beings who still cling strongly to life cannot be captured.
