This allows one to pretend to be either more or less wounded than
they really are. Anyone looking at you closely will be able to tell
the truth, fighters are not actors, but in the heat of combat, the
deception will go unnoticed.
Fake more will make you seem more wounded than you are, and
fake less will make you appear to be in better health than
you really are.

You can stop faking by 'do fake' with no arguments.
